Larger scale repairs such as transmission replacements require more time.

Yes. 

Is there a charge to check out my car?

We will gladly inspect your car for free regarding:

  • Tyre checks
  • Brake check
  • Checking for leaks
  • Some suspension and steering checks
  • Belt and hose checks
  • Battery checks

Diagnostic scans are a more precise method to scan engines for faults. There is a small fee.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

No, an appointment is not needed for a service or tyre change. However you're more than welcome to call ahead. 

What method of payment do you take?

We accept cash, Eftpos, & all major Credit cards including Amex.

How do I check what size my tyres are?

The size of your tyre is written on its sidewall. The sequence is width, profile and wheel size. 

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?

Regular maintenance of your vehicle is necessary to maintain the condition and performance of your engine, It helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.

What will happen if I don't have the repairs done right now?

Depending on the matter of repair, we will advise our customers whether it is urgent or not. Its best to have repairs done as soon as possible so no further damage is caused. 

What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

This could mean many things such as running low on oil, Spark plugs needing a change, battery is reaching its end and etc. Bring it in for a check up.

Do not drive the vehicle if the light has turned on after an incident or if the performance of the car has changed drastically. Have it towed instead. 

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

We check brakes on every oil change and log book service. However we recommend having them checked every 6 months even if it isn't time for a service.

Screeching noises when braking indicates the pads need to be replaced.

Can you repair my flat tyre?

Yes we can repair your tyre and fit it back onto the vehicle. Sidewall damage and punctures close to the edge cannot be fixed.

I have a new car; do I need to take it to a dealership for maintenance in order to keep my warranty valid?

No, Our services will not effect your new car warranty.
